Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Uploaded files — Images and 3D files you submit for conversion or viewing. Input and output files are stored on our servers while a job is active and for a reasonable period so you can download results. You can delete jobs from your account history when signed in.
• Account information — If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile image as provided by Google. We use this to manage your account, credits, and conversion history.
• Usage and job data — Conversion mode, job status, credit transactions, and technical metadata needed to process and display your jobs.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and request logs used to secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix technical issues.
• Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics via privacy-focused analytics (Umami) in production to understand how pages and features are used. We do not sell your personal data.

Local-only tools: Our free 3D and STL viewers process files in your browser; those files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly start a conversion job.

2. How we use your information

• Process conversions and deliver downloadable outputs
• Authenticate you and maintain your credit balance and job history
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Authentication and third parties

Sign-in is provided through Google OAuth. Google's handling of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Google password.

Payment processing for credit purchases (when available) will be handled by our payment provider; we will not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Data security

• Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
• Access to production systems is restricted
• Worker and API endpoints use authentication keys where applicable

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data using reasonable industry practices.

5. Retention

• Conversion files - Uploads are normally retained for up to 2 days. Completed conversion results are normally retained for up to 7 days. Failed or cancelled job files are normally retained for up to 2 days. Files may be deleted sooner for abuse prevention, storage limits, security, or maintenance.
• Account data - Kept while your account exists. You may request deletion by contacting us.
• Server logs - Typically retained for a limited period, then rotated or deleted.

6. Your rights and choices

• Sign out at any time to end your session
• Request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data by emailing us
• Disable analytics in your browser; essential cookies for sign-in may still be required when using accounts

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example GDPR). Contact us to exercise them.

7. International visitors

The service is available globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers are hosted.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
