3DFileConvert provides online tools to convert images and 3D files, preview models in the browser, and generate AI-assisted 3D assets. These terms govern your use of the website, APIs, and related services.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use generated files, including 3D printing, commercial use, and compliance with third-party rights.

3. Accounts and sign-in

• Certain features require signing in with Google. You must provide accurate information allowed by the provider.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your session secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and pricing

• Logo / Relief and browser-based viewers are free subject to fair use and availability.
• AI conversion features consume credits as described on the Pricing page.
• Credit packs and payment terms may change with notice on the website.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at purchase.
• We may adjust credit costs, limits, or promotional grants during the MVP period.

5. Your content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of images and files you upload, subject to rights you already hold.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform your uploads solely to provide the service (conversion, preview, download, and support).
• You represent that you have the right to upload content and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• The 3DFileConvert platform, software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Generated outputs are provided to you for your use; underlying models and infrastructure are not transferred to you.

6. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or credit requirements
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service without permission
• Use the service to distribute malware or interfere with other users
• Misrepresent affiliation with 3DFileConvert

7. Service quality and availability

• Conversions are provided "as is." Results vary by input quality, mode, and model limitations.
• We do not guarantee print success, dimensional accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Maintenance, outages, or queue delays may occur. We may impose usage limits to protect service stability.
